SAFETY

Safety Culture

Safety Is Built Into
Every Project

Safety is a non-negotiable part of how H&R Electric operates. Every project is executed with a focus on protecting our team, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining a clean and controlled jobsite environment.

Safety Performance

EMR consistently below 1.0:

20220.85
20230.85
20240.85

These results reflect disciplined field execution, active supervision, and a consistent approach to maintaining jobsite standards across our projects.

How We Operate

How We Operate on Every Jobsite

Jobsite Awareness

Every H&R Electric crew member is expected to actively recognize and communicate hazards before work begins. We don’t wait for a safety issue to surface — we look for it.

Clean and Organized Work Areas

Our crews maintain clean, organized work areas throughout the project. Tools, materials, and debris are managed daily. A controlled environment is a safer environment.

Pre-Task Planning

Before starting any task, our team reviews the scope, identifies potential conflicts, and coordinates with the GC and other trades. Planning is not optional — it’s how we execute without incident.

Field Accountability

Supervision is present and engaged on every H&R Electric project. Expectations are set clearly, performance is monitored, and unsafe behavior is addressed immediately.

OSHA and Site Compliance

We comply with OSHA standards and all site-specific safety requirements without exception. Our team is trained, current, and prepared to meet the requirements of any GC or owner.

Respect for the Shared Jobsite

We understand that our work affects other trades and the overall project environment. We coordinate, communicate, and operate in a way that keeps the whole site running safely and on schedule.

H&R Electric safety on the jobsite

Safety, quality, and execution are not separate priorities at H&R Electric. They are the same standard — applied to every project, every day.
